FEES

IF YOU ARE LATE ORDERING, THERE WILL BE A LATE FEE ACCESSED THAT COVERS THE COST OF SHIPPING FROM OUR SUPPLIERS. We are going with several different suppliers for the uniforms so it could be costly. DONT BE LATE!!
A FIT KIT FEE will automatically be added at checkout. This fee is $5. This cannot be removed and will be added to ALL orders placed.

Printing Schedule: We don’t start printing until the fundraiser ends (see the end date above). Once sale closes, we try to get product to the coordinator within 2-3 weeks of sale end date. Check out our ORDER STATUS PAGE at Marketingmat.com.
Delivery Options:
- Items will be bagged and given to Coach at practice. There is no shipping available for this store.
Order Changes: You can edit or cancel your order up until the fundraiser closes.
Returns & Exchanges: Because items are custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizes and personalization before placing your order. Be sure you are using the Fit Kit Party Sizes and are selecting the right size. Double check before paying that you have the right size. Please remember ALL ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake, give us a call within 3 weeks of delivery so we can fix it. After this time we may not have the products available to reprint your item.
Stock Issues and Replacements: Sometimes stock issues arise from the time the sale was started until it ended. When this happens Marketing Matters will try to find the closest replacement in style, color and size. If we can’t find a close replacement OR the delay is going to be significant, we will call you and give you options on other items that are close or a refund. If we don’t hear back from you in a timely manner, we will automatically refund for that piece to the credit card used to place the order.
